Đĩa mài nhám (flap disc) là một công cụ mài và làm sạch được sử dụng rộng rãi trong công nghiệp và các dự án làm sạch, mài và làm mịn bề mặt kim loại, gỗ hoặc các vật liệu khác. Flap discs được làm từ các tấm nhám hoặc vật liệu mài khác được gắn vào một đĩa xoay.

Khi đĩa xoay, các tấm nhám mài và làm sạch bề mặt, loại bỏ các lớp sơn, rỉ sét, và các chất cặn bã khác, đồng thời làm mịn bề mặt. Flap discs thích hợp cho việc làm sạch và mài các bề mặt kim loại ở góc khác nhau, và thường được sử dụng với máy mài góc.
