Description

The Easycrimp mandrel press can be used to process tubular cable lugs and connectors in standard design as well as crimp cable lugs to DIN 46234 in the range from 10 to 300 mm² without having to change press inserts. The mandrel crimping shape also enables the processing of stranded and fine-stranded conductors in accordance with DIN EN 60228.

The crimping head can be rotated through 180 degrees, the maximum processing speed is achieved by a high-performance motor, and an automatic return takes place after crimping is complete. The service cycle is 20,000 operations. The working range is between minus 10 degrees Celsius and plus 60 degrees Celsius.

The battery voltage is 18 volts, the battery capacity is 2.0 Ah Li-Ion and the battery charging time is 40 minutes. The scope of delivery includes the crimping tool, a charger, two 2.0 Ah batteries and an LBoxx.
